Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nicki's Treasure LLC. Here is how shipping works.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after processing. Times can be longer during holidays or busy seasons, or if a supplier meets delays.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $6.95. Shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping methods and estimated delivery are determined by the supplier.

Orders with more than one item

Our products come from different partner warehouses. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show updates after it is sent.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages

If your package is late, lost, or arrives damaged, email nickistreasurellc@gmail.com. We will work with you to fix it. For damaged items, please include a photo.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you order. We cannot change an address after an order has shipped. If a package is returned because of a wrong address, we can resend it once you pay the new shipping cost.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For orders outside the United States, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If you don't, here is what to do.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return.

What can be returned

• Items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Items that arrived damaged, defective, or are not what you ordered.

What cannot be returned

• Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery.
• Custom or personalized items.
• Gift cards.
• Items marked “Final Sale.”

How to start a return

Email nickistreasurellc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or wrong, attach a photo. We will reply within 2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back before you hear from us, since return addresses vary by warehouse.

Return shipping

If the item is damaged, defective, or wrong, we pay return shipping, or we may let you keep the item and send a refund or replacement. If you changed your mind, you pay return shipping, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

Refunds

After we receive and check your return, we will email you. If approved, your refund goes to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to show it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the first one and place a new order.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering as long as it has not shipped. Email us right away.

We may collect information you provide, including your name, email, shipping and billing address, and order details. Stripe handles payment information; we do not see or store your full card number. A supported Global Privacy Control signal will be treated as an opt-out request where required.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
